What areas do you cover?
We clean holiday lets across North Norfolk, including Blakeney, Holt, Wells-next-the-Sea, Field Dalling, Langham, Morston, Burnham Market, Binham and Cley. If you are just outside those villages, please ask.
Do you only clean holiday lets?
Holiday lets, Airbnbs and second homes are our speciality, and we also take on deep cleans and seasonal cleans for private properties when our schedule allows.
How much does a changeover clean cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the property, the number of bathrooms, the linen arrangement and any extras. Tell us about your property and we will send a clear, no-obligation quote.
Can you clean between back-to-back bookings?
Yes. Same-day changeovers are what we plan around. Share your checkout and arrival times and we will confirm what is achievable.
Do you provide linen and towels?
We can make up your own linen, or arrange laundry support so beds and towels are always ready. Tell us how you currently manage linen and we will fit around it.
Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, we can bring everything we need. If you prefer specific products used in your property, we are happy to work with those instead.
How do you access the property?
Most owners use a key safe or lock box. We agree access arrangements in advance and treat them confidentially.
What happens if something is damaged or missing?
We tell you as soon as we spot it, usually with photos, so you can deal with it before the next guests arrive.
Can you restock guest essentials?
Yes. We can top up items such as toilet roll, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee to an agreed list.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier the better, especially over school holidays and the summer season. Regular changeover slots can be booked for the whole season.
Are you insured?
Please ask us to confirm our current insurance and keyholding arrangements before you book, and we will share the details in writing.
